Reminder: Servant Leaders please remember that you must fill out a request form for all in-church and out of church planned activities for your ministries. The forms need to be submitted to your lead pastor a minimum of three weeks before the planned event for approval.

We are asking that each ministry complete a monthly report for your designated ministry. The reports should be handed in no later than the fourth Sunday of each month to your respective coordinators Christian Education-TBA or Administrative- Marla Carroll.  There will be additional forms available on the information table as well as on the website www.agwfellowship.org. 
(The pastors have requested retro reports for those that have not been turned in to date)
